Terms, payments and cancellations
- CFDI invoice on request.
- Airport: 60 min of airport waiting at no cost with your flight number; other services, 15 min.
- Extra time in 30-minute blocks.
- Bookings at least 24 hours in advance.
- Payment via Clip link must be received at least 8 hours before the ride in order for us to confirm the ride.
- Free cancellation up to 24 h before; 50% between 24 and 6 h; 100% under 6 h.
- Up to 4 passengers per sedan.
- Trips outside the city: full payment in advance.
- Payment must be received at least 8 hours before the ride in order for us to confirm the ride.
